We are looking for dedicated client managers with business acumen, who wants to join us on our mission to bring Experience Beyond Exposure.

About the role:

The main purpose of this role is to drive growth by unlocking the clients’ business potential through ambitious, integrated solutions and deliver outstanding client service.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Deliver innovative and ambitious solutions that strategically and commercially deliver on our clients’ business agenda
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor though deep integration and radical collaboration
  • Responsible for creating client development plans to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Receive brief from clients, questions and complements. Understands and defines business targets, marketing and comms goals.
  • Work with experience planner on setting direction for marketing and experience planning
  • Ensure proper implementation of campaign, follow ups and summarize learnings.
  • Conduct brand discussions with client and other agency partners.
  • Ensure the client team at dentsu X is on the right path with a strong focus on innovation and quality
  • Budget and forecasting responsibility together with dentsu X business director
  • Responsible for client service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in awards and newbizz.
  • Act as an ambassador for the wider dentsu group.

Needed experience and merits

  • Strong business accumen
  • Good all-round knowledge of the media and marketing industry
  • Holistic view of Owned, Earned and Paid media
  • Outstanding project management
  • Analytical and consultancy mindset
  • Strong digital media flair
  • Skilled within Kantar, Marathon, Google Analytics, Office Suite and/or Salesforce
  • 2-3 years experience from media, agency, consultancy or other relevant fields
  • Relevant academic education
