Martech Consultant at Isobar CXM, Stockholm

With an increased focus on CXM from our clients, Isobar is now expanding it´s practice within the area further. As a Martech Consultant, you will be implementing marketing automation programmes and campaigns for our highly interesting and diverse clients. You will help design, scope and specify martech projects, as well as implementing them in our clients martech platforms.

You will be part of the martech team, which sits at the core of the dentsu CXM organization.

As a Martech Consultant, you will play an important role in terms of working with data insights and pushing the limits of technology. You will be a central person in building our Swedish team and a part of our well-established Nordic martech team, which comprises dedicated and affable Martech Specialists and Architects. We have great ambitions for the future, we are passionate, and we understand the value of a working day that is not only demanding, but fun as well.  


We expect that you have experience working with one or more martech platforms, preferably Salesforce or Adobe Experience Cloud. We also expect you to match the following:

  • Experience working hands on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Or experience working hands on in Adobe Campaign / Adobe Standard
  • Understanding data structures and modelling and how data affects the customer experience and communication
  • Broad knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, style sheets, APIs etc.)
  • Experience of SQL
  • You are well-experienced in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of the customer journey and the role different journeys play in communication towards our customers customer
  • Show initiative and commitment to your continuous improvement as well as our shared working methods
  • Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a team 
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
