Are you a skilled IT Supporter who manages to control the machinery when it goes into self-swing for the rest of us?

Do you have experience with Windows & Mac? Can you get your colleagues back in the lifeboat when they swim around blind? Then you may be the IT supporter we are looking for in Dentsu Sweden.


As an IT Supporter with us, your most important task will be to help our approx. 310 colleagues with all their IT problems, big and small. It can be anything from installing & setting up computers, help starting new employees, start-up difficulties from to black screen and login issues to security problems. It’s important that you have experience and can solve most problems yourself, but of course also
that you can be part of teamwork which is very important.

On a daily basis, you work closely with your IT colleague in the Stockholm office, our global Helpdesk, our local IT teams in Northern Europe, and our Head of IT Support Northern Europe.

Your daily work tasks will be varied and exciting, and consist of e.g., installing new PCs / Macs, providing support for Windows 10, OSX Catalina / Big Sur, AD as well as maintaining printers, AV equipment, meeting rooms, internal applications etc.

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to streamline processes, innovate working methods and generally have an impact on our daily operations.

It is important that you have a good experience ballast to draw from, we imagine you come from a similar position in a large or medium-sized company. As you will have a lot of contact with colleagues and partners, it is essential that you are service-minded and helpful, passionate about user support and at the same time able to prioritize your work tasks on your own. It is also a prerequisite that you communicate effortlessly in both Swedish and English – both orally and in writing.

We have no special preferences in relation to your educational background, since the most important thing is that you have the courage to work with a wide range of different support tasks, and are willing to contribute to the dynamic culture, the good cooperation and sometimes at a fast pace.

It is a requirement for us that you have experience with:

• PC / Windows 10 & SCCM for PC

• MAC OSX and Image deployment primarily JSS / DEP for Macs

• iOS & Android

• Office365, with emphasis on Outlook, Flow, Teams, and the remaining office365 products.

In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with the following:

• Printers and printing solutions

• AV equipment, in meeting rooms, for client meetings etc.

• Network patching

• ServiceNow – Ticket and Change Management system as well as asset Management.

We offer a permanent position (full time) where we apply 6 months probationary employment. Salary according to agreement. We expect the position to startup pr. 1/2-2022. The location is at our centrally located office, Åsögatan 108, Stockholm, but small trips to our office in Gothenburg, is to be expected.
