Client Service Director with global experience to Dentsu X Sweden

We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Director with a strong business acumen and knowledge of the global media landscape.

About the role:

The main purpose of this role is to lead the team and work for our larger clients in order to unlock growth throughout the consumer journey. In close collaboration with the client and our wider client team at dentsu locally and across the globe, you are responsible for business development, strategic projects and to deliver innovation and new thinking to bring our clients business forward.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Deliver innovative and ambitious marketing solutions that strategically and commercially deliver on our clients’ business agenda
  • You are in charge of a team of client directors and client managers with focus on team leadership, personnel responsibilities and individual development plans
  • Responsible for budgeting, agreements and client profitability across your portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor though deep integration and radical collaboration to identify the clients needs
  • You create clear client development plans for growth as well as client service plans to ensure high quality in our service chain
  • Be the link between our team as well as our global network and partners in order to present new solutions and fresh thinking for your clients
  • You ensure the clients are in the know of our dentsu offering and seek to deepen our client relationship within Media, Creative and CXM
  • Responsible for setting the agenda in terms of strategies, recommendations, planning, optimization, follows ups and learnings.
  • You ensure our client operations and ways of working are working optimally and efficiently.
  • Ensure the client teams at dentsu are on the right path with a strong focus on innovation and quality across our various markets
  • Lead and participate in new business activities and awards
  • Act as an ambassador for the wider dentsu group.

Needed experience and merits

  • You possess a strong business accumen
  • You have an extensive knowledge of the media and marketing industry, preferably on a global or Nordic scale. US and China experience is meritorious
  • Holistic view of Owned, Earned and Paid media and how they intertwine, and you know you way around strategic, theoretical models, methods, tools and frameworks.
  • +5-10 experience from media agency and/or other consultancy fields.
  • Analytical and consultancy mindset where you are able to draw conclusions as the basis for innovative solutions
  • Strong digital media flair and experience with performance marketing.
  • You are used to take the scene, a great communicator with high social competens.
  • Skilled within industry tools, such as Kantar, Google Marketing Platform, Marathon, Office Suite, CCS and/or Salesforce
  • Relevant academic education

More on the position:

The position is a fulltime employment with 6 months probation period. Salary according to agreement. Placement is at our central office in Stockholm, Åsögatan 108, Stockholm. Remote working is an option. Interviews will take place in the coming weeks, and we expect to fulfill the position as soon as possible with regards to candidates notice.
